To the Melvin family,
I just wanted to offer my heartfelt sympathy to all of you. My daughter Gabby played for the Power the year before the team folded and I remember Mark being someone who didn't mind talking to me as the new parent. We had the Roxborough connection so we had something in common to talk about. May he rest in peace.

I knew Mark from Holy Family. He was the kind of guy that once you met him you would consider him a friend for life. I was glad I got to reunite and see Mark a few years ago at one of the events held for him. A truly great person.
