I am so sorry for the late note. I received information of Franks passing on Saturday. Please accept my condolences and prayers. Frank and I use to work together at Beaver/Arcadia. He was a great guy. An old school'r with a rare gift, common sense. He was one of the coolest heads at a situation. I never saw the man flustered. Solid and cool at all times. The university lost a great officer when he had to retire.
I have kept Frank in my prayers over the weekend and will place his name on my list of remembrances.
I bet after going through the pearly gates, Frank will draw a pic of St Peter and give it to him with that great smile.
