William J. McGahey, Jr. passed away on May 3, 2025 at the age of 91. He was the husband of Elizabeth McGahey (nee Boettger). Father of William C. McGahey (Vicky), Patricia Adair (Paul), Karen Schwagerl (Bill), and Kathleen Miller (Jim). Pop Pop to Jennifer Allison (Ben), William McGahey, Jr., Paul Adair (Gisela), Matt McGahey (Brad), Kierstin Schwatka, Erik Schwagerl, Ryan McGahey, Katie Mauger (Kyle), and Kristina Miller. Great Grandfather of Emily, Brody, Bryce, Natalie, and one on the way. He was the son of William J. and Emma (nee McGowan) McGahey.

William retired from Snap On Tools in 1993 after dedicating 39 years to the company. After retirement, William volunteered at his church, Holy Family Parish in Manayunk.

Services and Interment are Private.
