Teresa R. (Ferraro) Weber

Teresa R. Weber, affectionately known as "Toots" and "Mama T," passed away peacefully on July 14, 2026, at the age of 96. Born on January 21, 1930, in Philadelphia, PA, she spent her life sharing her warmth and creativity with all who crossed her path.

A beloved daughter of Thomas and Serafina Ferraro, Teresa was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, and beloved husband Robert. She is survived by her daughter, Theresa Capece (Gene), her son, Joseph Weber, and a host of cherished nieces and nephews who held a special place in her heart. 

Teresa's presence illuminated every room. Her laughter was infectious, her kindness boundless. A creative soul, she found joy in drawing and crafting custom dollhouses that sparked imagination and wonder. Teresa was also known for her love of casinos and her keen skills at video poker, finding thrills where others might seek calm. Her family remembers her not just for her talent and humor but for the unwavering love she so freely gave. As we reflect on her remarkable life, we are reminded of her ability to make others feel cherished and appreciated.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet Teresa's family on Saturday, August 15, 2026 beginning at 10 AM at Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 196 N. Trooper Road, Norristown, PA 19403. A Memorial Mass will follow at 11 AM. Burial is private.
