Samantha Jean (Humphrey) Zawislak

Samantha Jean Zawislak, born on March 2, 1979, in New Jersey, departed this life on January 24, 2026, at the age of 46. She is survived by her devoted children Sophia and Stasu Zawislak, and her loving mother, Jean Marie (nee Paul) Humphrey, and her sister, Stephanie Humphrey. Samantha was the cherished daughter of the late Arthur Scott Humphrey. She also leaves behind her companion, Jesse Lee, numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends, all of whom will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.

Samantha was a radiant and intelligent soul, a true embodiment of love and kindness. Her vivacious spirit and unwavering devotion to her family will be remembered fondly by all who had the privilege of knowing her. As a mother, she approached life with a fierce love that knew no bounds. Her children were her greatest joy and priority, and her nurturing nature shone brightly in every aspect of their lives.

Samantha possessed a playful wit and an infectious humor that brought laughter to those around her. From her early years, with her blonde curly hair, blue eyes, and warm smile, she captivated the hearts of many. Even in challenging times, she remained steadfast in her compassion for others, always ready to offer a helping hand or a comforting word.

An avid lover of trivia, animal documentaries, amateur conspiracy shows, and the lighter side of television, Samantha's eclectic interests showcased her curiosity and zest for life.

Samantha will be profoundly missed by those who love her.

Family and friends will gather on Tuesday evening beginning at 6PM at Koller Funeral Home, 6835 Ridge Ave. A Memorial Service will follow at 7 PM. Interment is private.
