S. Mary Theresa Shevland, SSJ (formerly S. Teresita Marie), June 22, 2024, age 78. Daughter of the late Laurence and Mary (McNamee) Shevland. Sister of William Shevland (Susan), Connie Gordon (Michael) and the late Laurence Shevland. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and members of her Congregation, the Sisters of St. Joseph.

Relatives, religious and friends are invited to a Viewing at 5 p.m. on Thursday, June 27 at St. Joseph Villa, 110 W. Wissahickon Ave., Flourtown. A Funeral Mass will follow at 7 p.m. Services will be live-streamed from the Saint Joseph Villa website www.stjosephvilla.org. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sister's name to Chestnut Hill College Advancement Office, 9601 Germantown Ave., Philadelphia PA 19118.
