S. Margaret Gavaghan, SSJ, December 24, 2019. Age 81. Formerly S. Ann Joachim. Daughter of the late James and Margaret Gavaghan. Sister of James Gavaghan, Kathleen Gispert, Patricia Gozdan, Thomas Gavaghan, Joseph Gavaghan, Patricia Gavaghan and the late Michael Gavaghan and S. MaryAnn Gavaghan. She is also survived by members of her congregation, the Sisters of St. Joseph. Religious, relatives and friends are invited to Call on Monday, December 30, 2019 at 1 p.m. at St. Joseph Villa. A Funeral Mass will follow at 3 p.m. Interment at St. Joseph Villa. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sister's name to St. Joseph Villa, 110 W. Wissahickon Ave., Flourtown, PA 19031.
