Robert M. Busch

Robert M Busch, age 69 passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family after bravely battling cancer for the last 2 years.

He was the beloved husband of 47 years to Denise (Pastella), dear father of Jennifer Conroy (Keith), Jill Ventre (John) and Jackie Busch. He was "Bob-Bob" to his grandchildren, who were his pride and joy; John, Jesse, Jared, and Jude Ventre, Ella, Audrey, and Molly Conroy.

Bob was the son of the late James and Mae Thompson. He was preceded in death by his brothers Bill Busch and Jim Thompson. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters in law, nieces, and nephews.

He was a longtime member of the Adam Kowalski Post and leaves behind many friends in their self-proclaimed club "Tosh's Sunday Sinners".

Referred to as Bobby Crocker, he was an excellent baker and his Jewish apple cake will be hard to duplicate. Bob will be remembered as being a kind and selfless man. He truly had a heart of gold and would give you the shirt off his back. His greatest gift was his ability and willingness to help others. If you asked Bob for help, the answer was always yes! He was a jack of all trades and was known to always be there to help family and friends with anything they needed.

He will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet his family on Friday, February 23, 2024 beginning at 9:30 AM at Koller Funeral Home, 6835 Ridge Ave. A Memorial Service will follow at 11:30 AM. Interment is Private.
