Mary Jane (Mundy) Duffy

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mary Jane Duffy, beloved wife, mother, daughter, and dedicated nurse, who departed this life on March 17, 2026, at the age of 89. Born on December 20, 1936, in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania, Mary Jane will be remembered for her compassionate nature and unwavering commitment to her family and her profession in healthcare.

Mary Jane was devoted her career to nursing, where she spent countless hours caring for others. Her compassionate spirit touched the lives of many patients and families throughout her career, and she inspired those around her with her dedication and kindness.

She is survived by her loving son, Bill Duffy (Maryann), her grandson Joseph Werner, great grandchildren, Cameryn Olszewski, Angelina and Thomas Werner, and siblings Nancy and Mike. She is preceded in death by her husband William R., her daughter Beth, her grandson, Thomas Werner, parents Michael and Helen Mundy, and siblings Jean and Christine.

Mary Jane leaves behind a legacy of love and care that will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends.She will be missed dearly, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
