S. Mary Catherine Walton, SSJ, formerly S. Rita Bernard, on March 10, 2025, age 87. She is preceded in death by her parents Bernard and Rita (nee McConville) Walton, brother George and sister Anne Marie (Sr. Miriam Joseph, SSJ). She is survived by her brothers Joseph and Michael, nieces, nephews, their extended family, and members of her Congregation, the Sisters of Saint Joseph, Philadelphia.

Visitation by relatives and friends will begin at 9:30 am on Friday, March 14, 2025 at Saint Joseph Villa in Flourtown. A Mass will follow at 10:30 AM. Services will be live-streamed from the Saint Joseph Villa website www.stjosephvilla.org.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sister's name to Saint Joseph Villa, 110 W. Wissahickon Ave, Flourtown, Pa 19031.
