Mary A. Korhammer

Mary A. Korhammer passed away on April 29, 2020, Age 94.  Wife of the late Frank Korhammer and the late Benjamin S. Parrott.

Born in Philadelphia,  she  was the daughter of the late Thomas and Susan Mills. She was predeceased by her sister Kathleen Hite and her brothers Thomas and James Mills.

Loving mother of Susan G. Gallagher (Michael) and the late Benjamin T. Parrott. Step-mother of David M. Korhammer.

Survived by 5 grandchildren - Kelly Gallagher, Michael Jr. (Christina), Susie Margarite (Chris),

Matthew Parrott and Meredith Parrott.

Also survived by 5 great grandchildren - Audrey Margarite, Olivia Margarite, Wyatt Margarite,

Mabel Margarite and Harper Parrott.She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Mary graduated from Germantown High School. She worked at Cigna Insurance Co. for 25 years.

After retiring she loved to travel and got to travel the world.

Mary loved to bake, read books and write letters and notes to keep in touch with friends and relatives.

Most of all Mary enjoyed spending time with family and especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The family would like to thank the amazing nurses at Paoli Hospital for their dedication and compassion

while Mary was with them.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Judes Hospital for Children.

Services and interment are private.
