Born on November 18, 1945, in Manayunk, Karen joyfully embraced life as a devoted caretaker, providing love and support to everyone who crossed her path. She dedicated her life to her family, including her husband, Philip Golbeski, and her four children: Kelly Rodenbaugh (the late Jody), Donna Schultz (George), Tara Sullo, and the late Albert Sullo.
Karen will be lovingly remembered by her cherished grandchildren, Rick and Nick Rodenbaugh, Emma and Quinn Schultz, Brayden, Christian, Madison, and MaKenna Kofer, Michael Puleo, and Damian Sullo, as well as her great-grandchildren, Abigail and Beau Rodenbaugh. She is predeceased by her parents, the late Ella Mae (nee Dougherty) and Ralph Grosso, and is survived by her siblings, Barbara Scalia (the late Joe), Arlene Breish (the late Bob), and John Grosso (Jeanine), along with numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Fifteen years ago, Karen and Philip relocated to South Carolina, where they continued to build their lives together, sharing countless memories with friends and family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, including her beloved cat, Harley.
A public viewing for Karen will be held on February 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM, followed by a heartfelt funeral service at Koller Funeral Home at 12:30 PM. Interment is Private.
In this time of sorrow, let us remember Karen for her unwavering love and compassion, which touched so many lives. May her spirit shine on in our hearts forever.
