Joyce (Booth) Gallagher

Joyce Gallagher, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, peacefully departed this life on March 22, 2026, at the age of 93. Born on April 7, 1932, in Philadelphia, PA, Joyce lived a life full of love and devotion to her family and community.

Joyce was the cherished wife of the late Francis J. Gallagher and is survived by her loving daughter Sharon Lezotte, son Brian Gallagher, and her late sons, Francis J. Gallagher Jr. (Elizabeth) and Steven Gallagher (Kathleen). She was also a proud grandmother to Steven Jr. (Jen), Patrick (Becky), Sara Collins (Alan), and Kyle, and a great-grandmother whose heart expanded further with the arrival of Steven III, Kevin, Carli, Nora, Eden, Ruth, Lois, and the late Cailyn. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, John and Clara Booth, as well as her siblings. Her strong familial bonds were at the core of her being; she cherished every moment spent with loved ones, creating memories that will forever be treasured.

With a devoted spirit, Joyce worked for many years at Roxborough Memorial Hospital, where her caring nature touched the lives of patients and colleagues alike.

In honor of her loving legacy, a funeral service will be held on March 27, 2026, at Koller Funeral Home, beginning with a visitation at 10:00 AM, followed by the service at 11:30 AM. Interment is private.

Joyce will be lovingly remembered for her warmth, dedication to her family, and her compassionate heart. She leaves behind a profound legacy of love that will continue to inspire all who knew her.
