Helen A. (Luba) McDonald

Helen McDonald (87) (née, Luba) passed away on December 8, 2023. Helen was the daughter of Stella and Eugene Luba. Helen grew up in Manayunk and was a member of St. Josaphat's parish. She was a graduate of Roxborough High School and attended Philadelphia Community College and the Manayunk Art Center for classes.

Helen had four children-Kathleen, David, Patricia Sheetz, EdD (Peter), and Michael. Helen worked as a Warehouse Supervisor and enjoyed weekends at the casino. Helen is the grandmother of Christina Fitzsimmons (JD), Courtney (4/11/2012), Kelly , Emily, and James. Helen is the great grandmother to Molly and Evan. Helen was a beloved aunt and cousin to many family members.

Service and Internment will be private.
