Gerald V. Logue

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Gerald V. Logue, who departed from this world on October 7, 2025, at the age of 67. Born on August 13, 1958, in Philadelphia, PA, Gerald was a longstanding resident of the community he loved, making his mark as a proud builder and developer renowned for creating beautiful residential homes in the Manayunk area. He was most proud when in 2022 one of his properties was featured in Philadelphia Magazine.

Gerald's early years were spent as a dedicated student at Cardinal Dougherty, where he earned recognition as a Catholic League Wrestling Champion in 1975. This achievement reflected not only his perseverance in sports but also his competitive spirit that he carried throughout his life. An avid walker, he found tranquility in the serene trails of Wissahickon Valley Park, often appreciating the beauty of nature during his cherished walks.

Gerald was a loving father to Nicholas, Jennifer, and Stephen Logue, and he is survived by his former wife and steadfast friend, Marie Logue (nee Borda), and his brothers Maurice and Michael Logue. He leaves behind many cousins and dear friends, all of whom will remember him fondly for his warmth, kindness, and unwavering support. He is preceded in death by his parents, Maurice and Josephine Logue.

The family invites all who knew Gerald to join them in celebrating his life. Guests are invited to greet Gerald's family starting at 10 AM on October 13, 2025 at Koller Funeral Home, 6835 Ridge Avenue, Philadelphia. A Memorial Service will follow at 11:30 AM. Interment is private.

Gerald's legacy will continue to inspire those who had the honor of knowing him. In remembering his life, we cherish the moments that brought us laughter, love, and friendship, and we celebrate the remarkable man he was. May his soul rest in peace, and may we hold his memory close to our hearts.
