Eleanor Lucille (Garonski) Dornan

Eleanor Lucille Dornan passed away on February 10, 2026, just shy of her 75th. birthday.

Eleanor was the loving wife of the late James Dornan, with whom she celebrated 50 wonderful years of marriage in August 2025. Throughout their time together, their bond was a testament to true partnership and love. Eleanor is survived by her brothers Anthony and Matthew, and brother-in-law Bill (Helen) Dornan and sister-in-law Marie (Jim) Malervy. She held a special place in her heart for her niece Irene and her cousin Deanna Ruth, who brought joy to her life. She is preceded in death by her parents, Stephen and Eleanor Garonski, her brother Frank (Eleanor), and her cousin, Edmund Webb, Jr.

A steadfast Catholic, Eleanor approached life with unwavering faith and resilience. She was known for her culinary talents, embracing the joy of cooking and baking. A woman of strength, she faced life's challenges head-on, always emerging stronger and often inspiring those around her with her bright outlook and her wonderful sense of humor. Her indomitable spirit and capacity for love will be dearly missed.

A public viewing will take place at Koller Funeral Home starting at 10:15 am on February 19, 2026. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 am. Interment in Westminster Cemetery.

In the hearts of those who loved her, Eleanor will forever remain an enduring light, a source of strength, and a reminder of the beauty of love and resilience.
