Edward Franks, August 2, 2022, Age 70. Long-time partner of the late Rodney Texas, son of the late John and Alice Franks. Dear nephew of Mary Richart.
Relatives and friends are invited to Call on Wednesday, August 10 at 10 a.m. at Holy Family Church, 234 Hermitage Street, Philadelphia. A Funeral Mass will follow at 11 a.m. Interment private.
