Deborah S. (Segletes) Cupchak

Deborah Susan Cupchak (nee Segletes) beloved wife of John Barry Cupchak Sr. passed into eternal life on November 26, 2023 at the age of 71. She is survived by her children John Barry Jr. (Kathleen), David Vincent (Shannon), and Stephen Matthew (Linette), her 9 grandchildren Molly, Jack, Ryan, David, Maggie, Carter, Rayne, Nolan, and Sean. Daughter of the late Theodore and Stella Segletes. Sister of Dolores McCarrick (the late Bill) and the late Barbara (Andy) and Theodore (Pat) Segletes. Sister in law of Diane Cupchak (Elaine) and Jennifer (Michael) Harrell.
Debbie's life was always devoted to her husband, children, grandchildren, siblings and many nieces and nephews. She was always a guiding force to all she came in contact with. Memories of her will last forever as we continue to carry on the love and traditions she instilled in us.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing on Friday at Koller Funeral Home, 6835 Ridge Ave. from 6-8 PM. On Saturday, a Viewing will be held at Holy Family Church, 234 Hermitage Street (parking available behind the church off Fowler Street) beginning at 9:30 AM. A Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 AM. Interment is Private.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Debbie's memory may be made to Holy Family Church, National Heart and Lung Foundation, or a charity of your choice.
