Andrea Lynn (nee Mower) Starr passed away on March 22, 2025 at the age of 51. She is the mother of Kevin and Justin Starr. Daughter of Barbara (nee Aldinger) Erthal. Sister of Brian Mower (Cara), Melanie Mower, Tracie Phy (Andrew). She was preceded in death by her father Glen F. Mower, Sr. and her brother Glen F. Mower, Jr. She is also survived by her nephews Luke Mower and William Cook, Jr, many cousins and dear friends.
