William M. Welsh, Jr. of Manayunk, October 22, 2021, Age 93. Husband of the late Margaret. Father of James, Robert, Daniel, and the late Marjorie, Richard and William M. Welsh, III. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to Viewing at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, October 29 at Koller Funeral Home, 6835 Ridge Ave., Philadelphia. A Funeral Service will follow.
