McKelvey, October 16, 2016, age 89, Masonic Village resident, formerly of Roxborough; Husband of the late Lela Martini Foley McKelvey; Father of Eleanor Popowicz (Jack), George Foley (the late Patricia), Martin Foley, Linda Riealli (Thomas) and the late WIliam R.
