William J. Finnegan of Roxborough, age 84, died Sept. 28, 2014 at Roxborough Memorial Hospital.  Husband of Anna (nee Weimar); Father of Michael W. Finnegan (Bernadine), Cynthia Griffin (Joseph), Sharon A. Young (Michael) and Thomas E. Finnegan (Kelly); also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; brother of Carol Williamson, Kitty Pompozzi and Trudy Dooley.  Mr. Finnegan served in the US Army during the Korean War.  He was inducted in the PA Sports Hall of Fame in 1993.  He coached Wissahickon AA Baseball and Football for over 40 years and coached at Chestnut Hill Academy for 10 years.  Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday, October 3, 2014 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Koller Funeral Home, 6835 Ridge Avenue, Phila, PA  19128.
