William J. Delaney of Andorra, age 93 died June 27, 2017.  He was a Retired Philadelphia Police Sergeant.  Husband of the late Rosemary (nee McCormick); father of Anthony D. Delaney (Donna), Rosemary A. Priest, Vincent D. Delaney, Laurence L. Delaney (Susan), Raymond R. Delaney (Carolyn), Rebecca A. Rose (Neal), and the late Michael A.
