Thomas J. Birkmire Jr., "Birkie", of Belmont Hills, at the age of 83, passed away on February 8, 2019. Husband of the late Peggy Ann Birkmire. Father of Thomas J. Birkmire III and the late David J. Birkmire (Leanne). Brother of Jo Anne Marshall, and the late Jeanne Duffy and Claire Dickson. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
