Steven "Skip" C. Kumpf, 65 years old, lifetime resident of Roxborough, husband of Denise Kumpf (née Davies) passed away from lung cancer peacefully at home listening to his favorite music "The Beatles" on Tuesday, August 3, 2021, with his wife, family and friends by his side.

He was  proceeded in death by his parents Albert and Eleanor (née Cronin), his brother's David and Scott. He is survived by his brother Eric.

Skip would have celebrated his 42nd wedding anniversary this October. He has 3 children: Steven C., Joseph C. (Shana) and Monica; and nine grandchildren.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday August 10 at 9:00 am at St. John the Baptist Church, 146 Rector St., Philadelphia. A Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 am. Burial is in Westminster Cemetery on Belmont Avenue in Bala Cynwyd.  Luncheon immediately following burial. The pallbearers will be Steven Kumpf, Joseph Kumpf, Matt Patete, Fred Filewicz, Gavin Gratzinger and Jimmy Peterman

Skip was loved and will be missed by all that knew him.
