It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Shane Francis Schmeltzer, who left this world on October 24, 2026, at the age of 44. Shane was a dear brother, uncle, great uncle, friend and proud Manayunker.

Shane was preceded in death by his parents, John Schmeltzer and Diana Mower. He is survived by his sisters, Sarah Mower and Katie Schmeltzer, who will forever hold him close in their hearts. He was a loving uncle to Michael Mower (Amber), Brooke Graves (CJ), and Jeremy Schmeltzer (Kayla), and a proud great uncle to Addilyn Mower.

The family invites all who knew Shane to celebrate his life. A visitation with the family will take place on November 10, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Koller Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 7:30 PM. As we gather to remember Shane, we will reflect on the joy he brought to our lives and the profound memories he leaves behind.

Shane will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him. May his spirit live on in the hearts of those he touched.
