Russell T. Kingkiner, of Philadelphia, died on September 26, 2016 at the age of 76.  Brother of William Kingkiner, Johnnie Kingkiner, Robert Kingkiner, Louise Welsh, Jeanie Dungan, Joan Kingkiner and Joanne Hutchinson; also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Relatives and friends are invited to Visitation on Thursday, September 29, 1:00PM, followed by Memorial Service, 2:00PM, at Koller Funeral Home, 6835 Ridge Ave. (cor. of Livezey), Phila., PA 19128.  Int.
