Patricia J. Smith-Clewell

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia J. Smith-Clewell, who left this world on September 27, 2026, at the age of 69. Born on August 12, 1957, in Philadelphia, PA, Patti touched the lives of many with her kindness, creativity, and unwavering faith.

Patti was the cherished daughter of Elizabeth Eisenlohr (nee Keiker) and the late Joseph Eisenlohr. She was a devoted wife to Sarah Smith-Clewell and a loving mother to her children: James (Jennifer), Jason (James), Jennifer Toth (James), and Jennifer Esbensen. As a grandmother, her love knew no bounds, and she took great joy in spending time with her grandchildren-Michael, Ryan, Katie, Gabby, Jimmy, Kenzie, and Chrissy. She is also survived by her siblings, Jay (Sue) and Russell Eisenlohr, along with her dear friends Phyllis and Pat, daughter-in-law Joy Smith, and her former husband Jim Smith.

A proud graduate of Hallahan High School in 1976, Patti dedicated many years of her life working in dietary services at Roxborough Memorial Hospital before pursuing a rewarding career in childcare. Her gentle spirit and nurturing nature allowed her to lovingly care for the children of family and friends, leaving lasting impressions on their hearts. She later transitioned to a fulfilling career in retail before retiring.

Faith played a central role in Patti's life. Her deep passion for her religion and her church lent her strength and comfort. Singing in the choir brought her immense joy, and it was through these melodies that she met her beloved Sally. Together, they celebrated a shared love of music that filled their lives with happiness.

Patti's creative spirit flourished through her love for arts and crafts. She took delight in making beautiful jewelry, Christmas ornaments, and countless cherished crafts, particularly those that created special memories with her grandchildren. Each creation stands as a testament to her generous heart and loving hands.

Family and friends are invited to a Viewing on October 1, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Koller Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held at 8:00 PM. Interment is private.

In this time of loss, may we find solace in our fond memories of Patti, a remarkable woman who brought joy and love to so many. She will be deeply missed, but her spirit will forever remain in our hearts.
