Patricia Ann Santore Esmonde passed away peacefully on February 22, 2016 at the age of 55.  Loving daughter of Anna Santore (nee Hayduk) and the late Benjamin Santore.  Beloved wife of Steven Esmonde.  Sister of Ben (Mary Jo), Joe (Renee'), Michael (Colleen), Robert (Joanne) and the late Thomas Santore.  Patricia leaves behind many nieces and nephews.  Relatives and friends invited to call Saturday, Feb. 27, 2016, 10:00 AM followed by Funeral Mass 11:00 AM at St. John the Baptist Church, 146 Rector St, Phila, PA 19127.  Interment private.  In lieu of flowers make donations to: Friends Helping Friends with Breast Cancer, P.O.
