Patricia M. Wolfe, passed away on January 23, 2021, at the age of 68. She was the beloved wife of Paul E. Wolfe and the late Harold Moore. Mother of William Moore (Tracy), Justin Wolfe (Gina), and Dolores Wolfe. Grandmother of Devon, Emily, and Samantha Moore, Harper and Myleigh Wolfe. Sister of Roseanne Small (Larry), Lorraine Davis, Dot Olszewski (Bob), Chrissy Haggerty (Charlie), and Paul Colleluori. Godmother of Lisa Branigan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Services and Interment Private. A celebration of life will be held in August, 2021.
