Michael Shiel, November 21, 2022, Age 82. A retired Philadelphia Police Officer, he is the husband of the late Patricia Shiel (nee McMurrough). Father of Patrick (Roseanne), James (Elizabeth) and Steven Shiel. Grandfather of Kathleen (Jennifer) and Andrew (Catherine) Shiel. He is also survived by 13 brothers and sisters. Relatives and friends are invited to the Viewing at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 26 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 819 E. Cathedral Rd., Philadelphia. A Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 a.m. Interment is in SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Springfield.
