Marie Therese Yvonne Miranda, age 78 of Batticaloa, Sri Lanka was called to be with the Lord on December 5, 2019 in Philadelphia, PA surrounded by her beloved family. Left to cherish her memories are her loving son Gerard Miranda (Emerald) of Philadelphia, PA, brothers Rajan Nadarajah (Pushpam), Anton Nadarajah (Sivakumari), Desmond Nadarajah (Lourdes) of New Jersey and sister Premeni (Raymond) of Brampton, Canada and a host of dear relatives and friends all over the world.  All are invited to celebration of her life at St. Joseph's Villa, 110 W. Wissahickon Ave., Flourtown, PA 19031.  Evening viewing will be held on Thursday, December 12 from 6 to 8 p.m. Viewing will also be held on Friday, December 13 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Ivy Hill Cemetery, 1201 Easton Rd., Philadelphia, PA 19150, following the mass.
