Lynne C. Regan (nee Cochran), suddenly December 28, 2015, age 69, of Roxborough, formerly of Springfield, Illinois.  Lynne worked for 37 years at the Free Library of Phila., and was a graduate of Denver University and University of Illinois;  Beloved wife of Owen; Dear Sister of Kent Cochran (Karen), Mark Cochran and Janis Martin (late Randy); Daughter of the late Berta and Thomas Cochran; also survived by many beloved nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.  Relatives and friends are invited to Visitation Saturday, January 16, 2015 from Noon followed by Memorial Service 1 P.M. at Presbyterian Church of Chestnut Hill, 8855 Germantown Avenue, Phila., PA  19118.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lynne's memory to Lincoln Memorial Garden, 2301 E.
