Lorraine Flynn (nee Meyer) born January 17, 1943, died September 2, 2016. Devoted wife to late husband Michael "Mickey" Flynn. A loving mother and matriarch, she is survived by her children: Timothy (Elizabeth Denbow), Brigid (Daniel Isackman), Jennifer (William White), Michael (Sarah Johnson), Sean, Kalen, and Maureen Kane; her 11 grandchildren, and her 7 siblings: Dennis Atcavage, Marianne Hornik, Melvin, James, Geraldine Gallagher, Thomas, and Teri Shovlin. Her 45 year career as a nurse spanned public health work and the labor and delivery units at both Roxborough Memorial and Chestnut Hill hospitals. She will be remembered most for her compassion, love of learning, humor, and all things glittered. Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing, Tuesday, September 6, 2016 from 9:30 AM followed by  Funeral Mass at 11:30 AM at St. Philip Neri Church, 437 Ridge Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA. 19444.
