Kathryn Marie Delaney, 70, of Conshohocken, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family, on October 25, 2026, after a brave battle with pancreatic cancer. Kathryn was born on September 7, 1956 at Chestnut Hill Hospital to Charles "Chuck" Frankenfield and Grace Marie (Krier) Frankenfield.

Kathryn will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her son Mark (Julia) Delaney, daughter Megan Delaney, and cherished grand-daughter Miabella Delaney-Lipschutz. She is also survived by brothers Carl Frankenfield, Kyle Frankenfield, and Steve (Gina) Sotak, many nieces, nephews, and friends, whose unwavering care and companionship brought her comfort and peace in her final days. She was preceded in death by her former husband Anthony Delaney, daughter Kelly Delaney, brother George Frankenfield and sister Carol Frankenfield.

Kathryn enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and found joy in the simple pleasures of life. Kathryn was a lifelong Elvis fanatic and an avid Phillies enthusiast, who cheered for her team until the end. Kathryn worked many years for the Colonial School District, and later in life, Vector Security, before retiring.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 15, 2026 from 11am - 3pm at the Andrew Lannutti Post, 505 Maple Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Kathryn's memory may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
