S. Judith Anne Scranton, SSJ, formerly S. Maureen Thomas, February 8, 2023, Age 78. Daughter of the late Raymond and Mary Scranton. She is predeceased by her brothers, Raymond Scranton and John Scranton, her sisters, Shirley Scranton Weiss, and Patricia Scranton Piegaro, and her niece Mary Kay Halecki. She is survived by her sister, S. Marion Scranton, SCNJ, nieces and nephews, and members of her Congregation, the Sisters of Saint Joseph. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, February 13 at 10:30 AM. Services are private but will be live streamed from the Saint Joseph Villa website, www.stjosephvilla.org.
