Joyce Ann Righter beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother entered heaven on September 19, 2019, leaving all who knew her broken-hearted. Joyce was 78 years old, and was a deeply caring and loving human being who was generous to a fault.

Joyce was raised in the Northern Home for Children where she formed many life-long friendships. She graduated from Roxborough High School in 1959. Many years later Joyce became a nurse, a profession at which she was especially gifted. She would spend many hours comforting the sick and dying; her compassion went above and beyond her duties. She unselfishly cared for her mother, Josie and many other family members in their time of need.  Joyce would always keep an open door and an open heart to all who needed shelter from the storm. She was truly a kind and loving person who will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Joyce was the widow of Malcom "Sonny" Righter, she was predeceased by her son Michael and is survived by her daughter Donna Rauscher (Bob), her sons Daniel (Becky), Ron, Tom Condon (Chris), her grandchildren Victoria, Allie, Kerby, Jess, Zack, Ashley, Brianna, Chloe, Danial and Devon, also her great grandchild Declan and future great-grandchildren John and Jayden.
