Joseph E. O'Pella passed away on September 25, 2026, at the age of 70.

Joseph is survived by his devoted wife, Mary O'Pella, with whom he shared countless joyful moments and a deep, abiding love. He was a proud father to Jaclyn (John Bair), Joseph (Kelly), and Justin (Natalie), relishing every opportunity to be a part of their lives. Joseph was also a doting grandfather, bringing delight to his two granddaughters and four grandsons.

Joseph was a proud graduate of Roman Catholic High School. He continued his education and obtained his Bachelor's Degree from Villanova University, where he found fulfillment in his role as a Production Manager. His commitment to his work and his colleagues was unwavering, and he was highly respected for his work ethic and dedication.

An avid sports fan, Joseph passionately supported Philadelphia teams, especially the Eagles. He could often be found watching games, sharing his enthusiasm for sports with family and friends. Golf was another cherished pastime, bringing him joy and relaxation throughout the years.

With profound love and commitment to his family and community, Joseph will be deeply missed. He is preceded in death by his father, Leon O'Pella, and his mother, Josephine O'Pella, who will remember him with great affection.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet Joseph's family on October 1, 2026, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church at 9:00 AM. A Mass will commence at 11:00 AM. Interment is Private
