Joseph R. Mangano, of Germantown, passed away on June 13, 2021 at the age of 68. He is the husband of Janet M. Mangano (nee Pio). Father of Christina Shemo (Andrew). Poppy to Hannah Shemo. Brother of Carmen (Louise) and Michael Mangano.

Relatives and friends are invited to Viewing on Friday, 9 AM at Koller Funeral Home, 6835 Ridge Ave. A Funeral Service will follow at 11 AM. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the Mangano family is requesting donations in Joseph's name be made to The Calliope Joy Foundation.
