Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday, March 1, 2019 at 10 a.m.at Koller Funeral Home, 6835 Ridge Ave. A Memorial Service will follow at 11 a.m. Interment is in Westminster Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joseph's name to the SPCA , 350 E. Erie Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19134
