James John Rainford, 88, passed away on February 7, 2021, in Norristown, PA. James, known to everyone as Jack, was born in Liverpool, England in 1932.  In 1950, at the age of 18, Jack became a Merchant Marine and sailed around the world.  In 1960, he married his wife, Mary, in New York and in 1972, he moved his family to King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Jack is survived by James E. Rainford  (son) of Philadelphia, Leigh Anne (nee Haciski) Rainford (daughter-in-law), James C. Rainford (grandson), and Caroline Rainford (granddaughter). Jack is preceded in death by  James Rainford (father), Elizabeth Rainford (mother), and Mary (nee Farley) Rainford (wife). Relatives and friends are invited to Visitation on February 15, 2021 at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 819 East Cathedral Road, Philadelphia.
