James Patrick O'Neill, 72, on Nov. 11, 2017. Beloved and devoted father of Scarlet M. O'Neill, former husband of Susan O'Neill (nee Shelton), son of Patricia Foreakre (nee MacDonald) and the late Nicholas O'Neill. Former EMS, Firefighter, Disc Jockey, Co-owner of Passport Photo Express, Photography Instructor at Moore College of Art and Design,Tunnel Miner, and Inspector for Highway and Bridge Construction.

He is survived by his mother Patricia, his daughter Scarlet and her loving partner Timothy Martz, his two step daughters, and their children. He will also be deeply missed by countless dear friends and family as well as several "adopted" daughters.

Visitation at Koller Funeral Home will take place on Monday Nov. 20 from 6 PM until 8 PM, followed by brief memorial service. Funeral Mass will take place at St. Vincent De Paul Roman Catholic Church, 109 East Price Street, Philadelphia, PA 19144 on Tuesday Nov. 21. Visitation at 9 AM, followed by Mass at 9:30 AM.
