Isabelle L. Lacey, of Philadelphia, PA and Cottonwood, AZ passed away on September 18, 2017. She was born on January 22, 1952 in Philadelphia, PA to Thomas Paul Lacey and Isabelle V. Reilley and was preceded in life by her husband Stephen Carl. Isabelle is survived by her brother Peter A. Lacey and her dog Aspen.

Isabelle attended St Bridget's grade school, Hallahan Catholic and Roxborough HS, Temple Univ. and Northern Arizona University where she received her M. ED Elementary Education. She worked as a teacher for the Cottonwood School District, Cottonwood AZ.

Izzy as she was known by her friends was a talented photographer whose works have been featured in the Arizona Highway Magazine.

Isabelle belonged to the Sedona Camera Club and enjoyed going to the Cottonwood Dog Park with her dog Aspen.

Relatives and friends invited to call Friday, Oct. 6th, 9:00am followed by Funeral Mass 10:00am at St. Bridget Church, 3673 Midvale Ave, Phila, PA 19129.  Interment Cathedral Cemetery
