Gerardo A. "Jerry" Papiro, Jr., Age 64, on July 3, 2019 passed away surrounded by his loved ones. Jerry enjoyed working with his father in the family owned general contracting business. His favorite hobbies were collecting old cars to work on with his sons, grandsons, and father. Jerry also enjoyed collecting what he would call "treasures". In his younger years, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and trapping with his friends at his mountain house, which was his "happy place". Jerry enjoyed spending time with all the children in his life, especially his grandchildren, who always brought out the best in him. He was the son of Gerardo and Jean Papiro. Husband of Lynn (nee Ashenfelter). Father of Kristi Papiro (Richard Marshall), Gerardo Papiro, III (Stacy Ambusavage), and Jeffrey Papiro (Jennifer Jackson). Grandfather of Zachery, Gerardo IV, Mason and Ethan Papiro and Zoey Marshall. Step-Grandfather of Allena and Mariah Marshall. Step-Great-grandfather of Adalinn Aungst. Brother of Kathleen Fean (Blair) and Donna Templin (Dick). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday, July 12, at 11 a.m. at the Koller Funeral Home, 6835 Ridge Ave., Philadelphia. A Funeral Service will follow at 1:30 p.m. Interment Private.
