Mother of the Martin, Christopher and William Cook, Valerie Fennell (Thomas) and the late Judith Rase (Frederick). Grandmother of Matthew and Jessica Fennell, Stephanie Atkinson (Derek), Stephen and Christine Rase, Nicole Ausevich, William S. Cook, Jr.. Great-Grandmother of Arieana and Domenick Stella, Alex Carter and Caitlyn. She is predeceased by all her siblings. Survived by 3 brothers-in-law and 5 sisters-in-law.

Relatives and friends are invited to Viewing on Thursday, October 3  from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Villa, 110 W. Wissahickon Ave., Flourtown, PA. A Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 a.m. Interment in Westminster Cemetery. Flowers or a donation to St. Joseph Villa may be made at your discretion.
