Francis "Frank" Koneski, August 14, 2016, age 74, of Roxborough.  Beloved husband of Loretta Grota, dear father of William (Molly); loving grandfather of Logan and Maya; also survived by many cousins.  Frank, a Liberty Bell award recipient, spent four decades of service to federal government, Internal Revenue including Director of Federal Executive Board; active at I.H.M. Church where he was on the Finance Committee; member of Knights of Columbus Immaculata Council, Sandy Run Country Club and TOADS.  Relatives and friends are invited to Viewing Saturday August 20th 9:00 AM followed by Funeral Mass 11:00 AM Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 819 Cathedral Rd.  Interment Westminster Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Frank's memory to Roman Catholic H.S., 301 N.
