Francis D. Gartner of Roxborough, age 82, died February 23, 2016.  Father of Francis R. Gartner, Anne Andersen (Ken), David W. Gartner (Jacqueline) and John G. Gartner (Guacira); brother of Norman Gartner (Marianne), Alice Aschenbrenner (George) and Carol Hadfield (Joseph).  Also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.  Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing on Friday, February 26, 2016, 9:00 AM followed by 10:00 AM Mass at St. John the Baptist Church, 146 Rector St, Phila, PA  19127.  Interment Westminster Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Friends of St. John the Baptist, 146 Rector St, Phila, PA  19127.
