Mrs. Frances E. Dougherty (Nee Haer) a lifelong resident of Philadelphia died suddenly on November 13th after a brief illness.

Frances, devoted wife and partner to the late Hervey B. Dougherty Sr., loving mother to Frances, Kathleen (Peter)  and Hervey Jr. (Deceased) doting grandmother to Katie and Megan Duffy and beloved by her In-Laws William Sprenkle (Deceased) Elaine Wallace and Peter Duffy.

Loving aunt to Tony, Cindy, Mike and Mark.

Daughter of the late Francis and Evelyn Haer and sister to the late Mrs. Irene Boches.

Frances loved and deeply missed her adoring husband Hervey B. Sr., and her youngest child Hervey Jr., who have passed.  Frances enjoyed trips and vacationing with her daughters Frances and Kathy and her granddaughters Katie and Megan.

Interment shall be at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery 3301 W Cheltenham Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19150
