Felice R. Palmer "Phil", January 26, 2023, Age 99. Dear wife of the late Norman B. "Buzz" Palmer. Loving mother of Barbara Russo, Steve Palmer (Dorothy) and Diane DiPiero (Nick). Mom Mom of John Arot (Carla), Mark Arot (Helen), Steven Palmer, Anthony Palmer (Megan), Michelle D'Alicandro (Dino) and Laura Meehan (Mark). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren. She was the daughter of the late Benamino and Cessarina Juliani, sister of the late Jean DiFrancisco, Viola Pisacano, Edith Salvia, Angelo Juliani and Bernard Juliani. She is also survived by sister-in-law Mary Juliani and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to Viewing on Thursday, February 2 at 9:30 a.m. at the Koller Funeral Home, 6835 Ridge Avenue, Philadelphia. A Funeral Service will follow at 11 a.m. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
