Her absence will be profoundly felt by all whose lives she touched.
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Evelyn K. Renner, fondly known to her family and friends as "Ev," who left us on October 14, 2026, at the age of 60. Born in Philadelphia, PA, Evelyn was the beloved daughter of the late Walter Renner and Catherine (nee Sarro) Renner. She is survived by her cherished daughter, Samantha Grzybowski (Michael), and her grandsons, Dominic and Michael.
Evelyn was sister to Alan Renner and leaves behind a legacy of love through her nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her beloved siblings, Cynthia and Jay.
A compassionate soul, Evelyn dedicated many years of her life to her job in banking and later, as a receptionist in the legal field, where she befriended many through her warm demeanor and infectious smile. Beyond her career, Evelyn was known for her extraordinary culinary skills. Preparing meals for her family brought her immense joy, as did her passion for cooking shows and watching movies, often shared with loved ones.
Evelyn's deepest love was reserved for her family, the cornerstone of her life. Her absence will be profoundly felt by all whose lives she touched.
Funeral services will be held at Koller Funeral Home on October 20, 2026. A public viewing will take place at 10:00 AM, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place in Philadelphia Memorial Park. We invite all those who loved Evelyn to join us in commemorating her life and the wonderful memories she created.
As we gather to honor this remarkable woman, let us celebrate her life-a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished moments. She will forever remain in our hearts.
